You should check about your secondhand MB if it's compatible with win 10

Try to format it again if you can

I had a similar problem and I found out that it was actually my Kaspersky anti-virus which was causing the problem. After turning it completelly off it solved the problem. Check if that issue of yours could be related to what I had.

Could it be a driver issue? Be carefull with that kind of stuff. I have an ASUS strix headset, Very Expensive, and I did update the firmware from ASUS themselves and it completelly messed up my headset. Good luck.

Well I'm using Windows 7 and the problem isn't coming from the OS even if I do make changes in the BIOS and save the Computer normally should restart before loading Post messages and so over. But in this case even there it won't. It just goes to sleep mode then I'm stuck forcing the shutdown.
