Everytime I turn on my pc it starts up for 5 seconds not even getting to the mobo logo, shuts off (the psu makes that clicky shutdown sound), and turns itself back on again. It then goes past my bios logo, but get's stuck at finding ATA devices or something where my only option is to hit F1 for...
