I'm assuming that the black bit is rubber - it's fairly normal for it to look like that when removed from the mold. And as above, the paint spot is from QC. Keep in mind the product will have to have been used during the manufacturing/QC process to ensure it is working.

It'd be a waste of money switching from a 660 to a 7850. The processor is the weak link in the pairing you're suggesting, though it's still good enough for most gaming.

This is an incredibly common question across the entirety of the internet (not just on here!), and the answer is always the same - a fridge is designed to keep things cool, not cool them down. Put something that generates heat into one, and you will burn out the fridge.

If I read it correctly, their fix involved losing the 5.1 in favour of 'simulated' 5.1 through stereo, which is the situation I currently have. To be honest though, I've been tweaking it a bit and I'm actually starting to think I was being overly fussy. Pretend 5.1 sounds pretty good anyway...
