So I tried overclocking today and things went worse than I thought... I have a CNPS 8900 quiet CPU cooler with an M5A97 R2.0 motherboard and an fx 6300 (obviously). I thought the CNPS 8900 would let me overclock AT LEAST 4.1-4.3 GHz, but I couldn't even reach 4.1 GHz without core temps of 68°C+...

I have a CNPS 8900 quiet CPU cooler and my temps are horrible... My motherboard did a minor overclock of 3792 MHz and my temps are at 54°C core temp and 64°C socket temp.

I have an fx-6300 and a gtx 760 MSI twin frozr edition. Is it worth it to overclock my GPU or won't I get any extra performance due to the bottleneck of the fx-6300?

I've tried using the built in iso mounting tool in windows and 3d party programs such as daemon tools lite but to no avail. I think the problem is that in the "my computer" section it doesn't show a dvd drive of some sort, just the Local Disk /:C drive. here's a picture...
