If you dropped to an i5 you can drop the price significantly without sacrificing much (if any) performance.

If you're just gaming and don't like your peripherals I'd go for those. An easy way to tell if you're running out of RAM is using task manager and look at how much you use while gaming. Most likely you aren't hitting that 8GB on games alone. Also wireless for gaming is the worst! :)
