I have a gaming computer that is completely dead when I try to turn it on. I've tested the power supply and it's good. I've tried to have it turned on with a new case and nothing happens. Wouldn't this most likely be a bad motherboard? What's the cheapest price for a MPG Z690 EDGE WIFI DDR4...

By the way, is the tiny arrow on the small wire that goes to the pins on the motherboard designate + or - ?

I'm trying to to get a manual for an mpg z3901 gaming edge ac motherboard. I've searched and can't find a PDF download of this manual. Can somebody provide a link for this so I can install this in the gaming case I just bought? Thanks in advanced.

I put a multimeter to the AC plug that goes to the motherboard and it registered voltage...I'm hoping it's just the switch and not the motherboard that's bad...I tried to also disconnect the AC plug that goes from the outside of the power supply and plugging an AC cord from the wall to that...
