ok, so as I understood from nvidia people, if I get a tax 3.0 psu then I won't need to use a adapter, i can still use a non atx 3.0 psu, i would just need to use the adapter with it.

hmmm... i would need to check on that, cause what i seen was that it is atx 3.0 for the ti FE. it would make things a lot simpler if i don't have to have atx 3.0.

I'm not getting a new mobo at the moment, I do have a msi pro z-690-a wifi with a 12700k CPU, but I'm planning in the future to get a z690 formula to replace my current mobo.
