Try to tighten the monitor/HDMI/VGA/DVI cable or whatever cable you have, I worked out my PC for 30 mins before finding that's the problem... Whoops...

I have to vote fox the FX-4130, as it has more cores, which will help in battlefield multiplayer. You should be able to game with lower settings on the GT640... My two cents...

TheMohammadmo was kinda right. We also don't know your PSU brand. Is it a quality 700W or a cheapo.The case should also have front USB3 headers and be capable of taking an ATX mobo. The USB3 offers faster transfer speed.
