I watched BF1 benchmarks with my GPU and CPU, and FPS drops definitely don't happen. The only difference is that their specs have 2x8 ram, maybe that's why their gameplay is smooth. I download memtest, and then do what?

What is the cheapest motherboard that I could use for rx 580 4gb and i5 7500? I read somewhere that motherboards can limit gaming performance. Also, I don't plan to do any OC at all.

The budget is complicated. Prices are way higher around here where I live. Plus, I am going to buy all the components in another country, I get 25% of money back, tax laws and stuff. Ryzen 1600 is too expensive here. I could fit a better PSU perhaps, if the rest of the build is okay and if I can...
