    Are you able to send us a screenshot for the monitor in its bad state? You may need to fiddle with one of the Phase/Clock settings ON your monitor, and you should be able to do that by twiddling the buttons on the monitor.

    Oh, and another thing to add: It randomly freezes at the BIOS. At the BIOS! There has to be something very wrong for it to freeze at this base level software. Last time I entered it it never crashed.

    OH WAIT I JUST FORGOT: Some ASUS H series motherboard need a BIOS update to support Kaby Lake CPUs. You'll need to do that by inserting a 6th gen or older Intel Core CPU to update the BIOS

    Does your hard drive spin up when you turn it on? You may need to insert the parts onto another PC to diagnose which component it is. That could be difficult due to the use of DDR4, Kaby Lake

    You need a case speaker for diagnosis. If a computer fails to POST (Power On Self Test) it should give you a series of beeps, which will tell you what the problem is
