News Cyberpunk 2077 One-Click Tool Promises Up To 30 FPS Uplift

Makes no perceivable difference for me using the balanced parameters. Ryzen 7 3700x, RTX 2080. Frames pretty much exactly the same.

Question MasterAir MA620P and Aura Sync

Yes, the arrow is lined up. Can't guarantee it wasn't on their both ways at different times when I was plugging and replugging it trying to get it to work before I noticed the arrow, but I verified it now. Not sure about BIOS version, I'd have to check, but the board is fresh out of the box...

Question which is better for a gaming pc

Either one is adequate for light/esports gaming, but I would choose the AMD option to have a better upgrade path. Definitely get at least 8GB of RAM though.

    Question Asus p5gl-tmx/s

Um, any modern version of Windows? 7/8/10? Is there a reason you're concerned you can't use a normal operating system?

    Question Asus p5gl-tmx/s

Huh? I don't understand your question, can you please explain a little more what you're trying to figure out? I'm sure you could use Windows, various flavors of Linux, etc.

Question MasterAir MA620P and Aura Sync

Cooler Master bills the MasterAir MA620P as compatible with Asus Aura Sync. Can anybody help me figure out how to actually make them work together? I have a B450-F Strix motherboard with a pair of 4-pin RGB headers. The logical (indeed the only) way that I can see to connect the cooler to the...

Question Is my CPU overheating in New Build?!

The problem is that connected to SYS_FAN the AIO will probably just run at a constant speed. CPU_FAN should allow it to change speed depending on the CPU's load. I don't think you've found the permanent solution to your issue yet.

[SOLVED] Weird Meshify C question... badge delete?

I understand this is a bit of a weird longshot inquiry, but for anybody who owns a Fractal Meshify C (or other Meshify case as I imagine it's pretty much the same on all)... ...Is it possible to remove the "Fractal Design" silver logo badge on the front? I mean, easily remove it without hurting...

    Question i5-9400f or ryzen 2600(x)

Most benchmarks will probably show the 9400 a little ahead in pure gaming workload. Despite this I would say get the 2600X (do you absolutely need a 2600X instead of a "vanilla" 2600?) for the sake of a better upgrade path. I think to get the most out of the 9400 you're going to need to spend...

Question Is Gigabyte b450m auros m compatible with 3rd generation ryzen processor? please answer tnx!

There was never any actual evidence they were looking to stop supporting the older boards. Someone asked a customer service peon who reads from a script if their 400-series board would be supported and it blew up into a furor over nothing.

Question Is Gigabyte b450m auros m compatible with 3rd generation ryzen processor? please answer tnx!

Probably? It will be the same socket. Might require a BIOS update using a 2nd gen CPU first. If you're spooked by that rumor that MSI wasn't going to support 3rd gen on their 400-series boards, that was apparently false info from a clueless customer service rep. Right now there is no reason...

[SOLVED] I Want a 750 to 800 dollars Gaming Pc that somewhat could handle 144fps for my 144hz + Being able to edit videos for youtube

Well, $75 is still not a bad price. I don't think you could get a PSU nearly as good for much less. I don't know, doesn't Ryzen really like fast RAM? And what I've read is that 2933/3000mhz is the sweet spot, anything over that is diminishing returns for performance but 3000 helps considerably...

Question PC freeze/crash with buzzing sound... need help interpreting crash dump

I do not have a Corsair case. My cooler is an NZXT Kraken. I do have NZXT's software for controlling the cooler, which is called CAM. Is it possible that might be confused with Corsair Link? I suspect a lot of the control/monitoring software these companies use is basically the same application...
