Okay thank you everyone for your answers, still waiting on emdea22 for the list. I forgot to mention I can't spend a lot on this computer :/

So before I begin, I already have a hard drive with Windows 7 on it, so I didn't include that since I already have it and will be using it. What will I be doing with this computer? I will be doing basic things like homework, and playing simple games like gmod. And I will also be recording videos...

Also, when I turn the monitor on, it says no signal for VGA
