    I got an m.2 now and it improved things a lot, now it doesn’t spike so hard n <Mod Edit> so it’s all good. Just low 1%. That’s why I was thinking to push the clocks a bit.

    Aha, I see. Thing is I noticed similar drops on Fortnite too. I don’t know what to make of it. :/ also I tried msi afterburner only to monitor the frame rate and the graph actually wouldn’t show the drops that I saw on the in game frame rate if that means something. Yes I did friend.

    so you guys think it could be the SSD with the operating system? It overheats some times, but why would it cause stutters on games that are on a different SSD?

    No, my settings are on low-medium. Same goes for Fortnite, my monitor is an ASUS VG248QE. I don't have G Sync. Also I am noticing stutters on desktop use aswell, every now and then.

    Ah, sadly it didn't work. I unplugged my 2nd monitor and tried to play a game of Fortnite for benchmarks. My FPS was around 140 to 180 but I would suddenly get stutters to 17 or 30 FPS momentarily...

    My old PC ran smoothly yes, with 2 monitors on different refresh rates. This one though stutters even on desktop use, could it still be the GPU? :/

    I just ran memtest86 for 2 hours and got no error. Tomorrow I'm gonna try fresh Windows on M.2 SSD, oh boy if I still get stutters RIP.

    The game is on a new SSD so I don't think that SSD is the problem, I was thinking if the OS SSD was a problem. I don't have another GPU but since I get the stutters on desktop too I was thinking of running a memtest now. Hope I get some results cause I don't have any clue wth is going on.

    defrag c: /l /o /u /v Just finished and I will see how that goes with the defrag, I was also thinking would it help to run all PassMark tests to maybe spot the problem? Or would that be pointless?

    I just found it, actually the main monitor refresh rate is set to 144.001 Hz and the second one is exact on 60.000 Hz. Is 144.001 a problem?
