damn. Ever since reinstalling windows with my old GPU everything has worked fine, I feel like it has to do something with the drivers then. when I install this new GPU and if my computer dies ill be back here.

After reinstalling with my old graphics card things seem to be going well. My new graphics card is a 1650 super and old one was a 1050. my power supply is a RD450-2Sb

nvm worked for 2 hours then failed. trying again with my old GPU

I reinstalled windows and I was able to get back in, internet works, but my download speed is now horrible slow, we are talking .31/KB/sec. All my apps and files were deleted so have to reinstall Vmware and some apps. Mainly now just concerned on why the download speed is so horribly slow.

Is there a way to disable the windows drivers from command line?

I have made no progress. I can't even boot it up in safe mode anymore.

we in this together xD. I tried restore and for some reason that worked, but for like only a few hours until everything came crashing down, now when I try to restore again it doesn't work. Im trying to figure it out now. All and any help is appreciated everyone, thank you.

I got a new graphics card about 2 weeks ago and this problem didn't start occurring until recently. Have you found a fix for it yet?

Have literally the same problem. Im trying to reinstall windows and ill let you know if that fixes it. Only difference is new motherboard.
