So swapping to a DP cable solved it, haven't had an issues since 😁 thanks for the advices everyone!

My monitor is capped at 144 Hz. I will turn my house upside down in search for a DP cable. Does quality with these cables matter at lot btw?

It only happens when I'm gaming, not when I'm browsing og watching stuff like youtube or videos. I'm using HDMI, will try DP later tonight.
