Question Bought new ram, pc wont work

Hello everyone!

I Just purchased 2x8gb of ram (HyperX Fury DDR4 3200MHz 16GB) But when I install them on my motherboard (Z170 Pro gaming asus)
and try too boot my system, the screen is just black, my RGB mouse and keyboard usually lights up when things work, and I the screen with "press F2 or delete" to open bios or boot bios doesn't show up,
the screen is just black.

So I tried to resolve it myself, I thought maybe one of the sticks are damaged? but I found out that I can leave one of the old sticks in the motherboard, and put in one of the new sticks, and then I can boot the system normally. But I can't do it with both of the new sticks. So right now I don't know what to do... and hoping some you guys can help me out? sorry about my poor english and grammar.

Z170 Pro gaming asus
6600k intel I5
8 gb ddr4 2133 mhz
1080 GTX
and a couple of SSD's

go to bios and turn on xmp memory profile

Hey rgd1101 thanks for your reply man

But with the new stick in the motherboard the screen is black, nothing shows up. should I do the XMP thing with my old ram in it and then shut it down and switch over to the new ones?
