I dont think my power supply has 2 different pcie :/

I bought the amd radeon 390 but it keeps displaying "No display". I can see my display if i put the vga in the cpu. CPU: i3 something(Can look it up if you want) GPU: AMD Radeon 390. Motherboard: ASRock b75 pro3. Power Supply: 550W ps the fans on the 390 is not spinning.
