    I guess the gtx 780 is good and the ram upgrade is maybe the best upgrade without going over the budget.

    Hi, Nice build. I would probably pick that build myself but I already proposed some AMD and he didn't want AMD. I'll propose both and see what he thinks. Even though that AMD processor is pretty good, it will never be as good as the intel I7. I think it's more his choice than mine, if he wants...

    Ok, I was thinking of the gtx780. He isn't tight on buget but 1300$ is the max he can stretch it. I'll send him an e-mail to see if he's alright with this choice. I'm sure you can get really good quadro GPU's but not for that budget... too bad :-( . Thanks a lot. mindoo
