By the way. What if I got a rtx card, I have read somewhere that it's possible to run FreeSync on nVidia cards. I'm thinking rtx2070. Tho I feel like they cost a little too much.

I'm not really in a rush. But I just feel it's time to change that brick of a gpu I have. I'm just not sure what gpu is best for my setup. I don't want to waste money on a rtx 2080 ti, since that would be useless for me. Cyberpunk is releasing April next year.
