I found out one of my harddriives was spiking alot in perfermance even when idle. All the lag dissapeared when I disconnected it. Never occured to me since its quite new and I have little on it:/ Thanks for all the help nontheless

I only had an old added steamlibrary folder on the harddrive, and problem got fixed when I disconnected the harddrive. So atleast I have a very cool(d) pc now :|

Thanks. Managed to get the temperature down to 63 celcius idle and around 70 while gaming. Gonna do what I can to optimize the airflow and apply thermal paste when I can tomorrow

Didnt manage to find out how to do it in Aourus bios I have, but managed to set the cpu to stay below 95 with ryzen master. And lowered the processer power settings to 90% in windows power settings
