Unfortunaely from some reason gpu never shows more then 38 celsius, in hwmonitor and gpu-z, but when i turn off pc and touch gpu it burns my fingers, also i tried using old gpu 7100gt and it also overheath to 67-70 with nothing at all. EDIT: also my gpu fan speed is 25 percent is that too slow?

So my gt 220 was working good for 2 months at least, but now it overheaths with simple youtubwe video and goes off giving me kernal error 41, or saying that display driver stopped responding and has recoverd. It happens even when i changed OS and GPU for geforce 7100gt. I dont know why and how...
