In that case I suggest you explain to the OP how to do what they want using the tools on the normal windows installation usb other than reinstalling Windows.

You can't add the RAW partition space to the C: drive without moving the partition between them. The simplest solution is to format the RAW partition as NTFS, give it the letter D: and use it for data storage.

Download the free Macrium Reflect and use it to create a bootable USB rescue drive. That has a boot fix option which may be able to create the necessary boot files on the SSD.

Sounds like a hardware problem, not Windows which has not even been installed. Are you sure you fitted the CPU cooler correctly?

Do you have 1TB of free space on the drive with the local OneDrive folder?

Did you make sure filter keys is turned off? It has a known bug. You can use the mouse to click the accessibility icon at bottom right of logon screen and check from there.

Open a command prompt and run powercfg /A. This will show which standby mode (sleep state) is in use and which ones are not available. For normal use you want S3. You could also try powercfg /LASTWAKE which reports information about what woke the system from the last sleep transition

Disconnect the storage drive, boot the PC and if it starts OK leave it running normally for a while. If it does not crash the problem is the storage drive.

The problem may be whether the BIOS is booting the installation USB in UEFI or legacy mode. Try changing the current setting to the other option and see what happens.
