    Nice find. Indeed it is an Asus H87M-E. Device Manager had no problem finding the AMDA00 driver, apparently AI Suite related from what I gathered from around the net, but followed those steps anyway. The restarts still occured, Kernel Power error just a few minutes after the AMDA00 driver...

    PC was running warm, so reapplied thermal paste, had a lot of bother with getting the heatsink back on, finally managed it only for it to have gone wrong; most likely due to the struggle to pop it back in. Any who, gonna drop it off at a repair shop, but decided to upgrade my cooling system...

    Can't screw heatsink back down

    Basically, my CPU was running hot, so I cleaned the heatsink and cpu fan, and reapplied thermal paste. Job done, but now I can't screw the heatsink back down. The screws have little spring things on them, and I'm not sure if those have something to do with it. Please help! D:
