5900x (NH-D15 cooler with Kryonaut paste) here...Playing BL3 at max settings and temps going up to 71c. Is that high? (feels like it) GPU (3080ti) maxed at 78.3c. All info from HMiNFO64 monitor.

I just switched the Ram back to 3600Mhz but put my game in Windowless Border Fullscreen and from DX11 to DX 12 and it's fine atm. weird. Since it's a Ryzen maybe switching from DX11(Single Core) to DX12 (Multi Core) made a difference too with less stress on one Core?

Steam. Also...I just tried setting RAM down to 2133Mhz down from 3600MHZ and it didn't crash...yet. Hmmm....why pay for 3600Mhz RAM when the game runs better at 2133mhz? LOL
