Increasing the VCSSA didn't solve the problem and I'm not wanting to buy new RAM because they should work perfectly fine. I'll try and reduce the frequency( reluctantly). I'm thinking my CPU pins on the board my be defective or it's not compatible with 2 8gb 3000mhz sticks.

I am using the ASROCK App Store to update my bios but whenever I go to update it prompts that I first need to update BIOS to P3.00 before then updating to a new version. I'm assuming my BIOS is in the 2.0 version which is why its prompting me to first update to 3.0 but I can't find the 3.0...
