Yep, easily. Anyway, if you're recording Minecraft, you only really need to record at 60fps. -

Bitfenix Prodigy Gaming Build??
Theres not much point getting a GPU that good if you're still on a dual core CPU, I recommend you get a quad core cpu, and get a cheaper GPU like the 7870. Got an AMD build that is $563. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1ceGh -
Temperatures, I'm confused!
What program are you using to put load on it? Also it could be a problem with the temp measuring software, try download another one.
