horizontally fading blue lines moving vertically

if i am gaming or not these horizontally fading blue lines are moving vertically across the screen the lines are not solid but u can notice them flashing all the time i did test my video ram 3 times no errors i did fur test no problem, i test the monitor on a laptop for 10 minutes the screen was fine i updated the driver nothing changed the heat of the video card is fine actually very good i played games with intense graphic and no problem no restart no blue screen no errors !! i don't know where these blue lines come from ?.. the video card is GTX 560 1G GDDR5 ,the monitor is Samsung 19" please i need help these flashy lines are driven me nuts ,thank u
 
Solution

That's still sending it through analog, and not digitally. If you get a DVI cable, without any adaptor, I bet it will fix your problems.

What is your video card temperatures?
 


actually these lines are existing even if am not playing flashing on dark areas are very noticable and i did update the driver

I think there is a problem with your monitor.Please consult the manufacturer.
 


ok i tested the monitor on a laptop and it was fine actually maybe it's not compatible with my video card !! is that even possible ?
 

No!That's not possible.So what drivers are you using?If it is the latest.Then contact your gpu manufacturer.
 




yes the latest ,ok maybe the refresh rate i dont know it was working perfectly i dont know what happened

ok tried this i changed my video card and what i found is the same problem the blue lines virtually moving across the screen now i think the main reason is the monitor but i tested on a laptop the surprise is there were no problem and the monitor worked fine !! where is the problem am really confused
