Hello, my mom was having some issues on her Acer Windows 10 laptop such as not the Windows and search button not working, as well as not being able to open pictures and getting some error messages saying that Windows files are missing. So, I went ahead and formatted her pc removing all files...

So its a New pc (4 months), a Acer Aspire VX 15 with 16GB of ram and a Intel core i7-7700HQ CPU. I never droped or cleaned it. Anything else?

So my pc is a gaming laptop and sometimes when I start my pc it goes to my mainscreen (desktop) and like my screen freezes and control panel won’t even open, my only option is to force shutdown. I try to restart and it wont still the same. But i wait like 3h and then when i come back it works...

Looking for the cheapest MoBo with these specs: My CPU: Intel Core i5 7640X My RAM: DDR3 2x 4GB RAM My Cooler: (still don't know, any ideas?) Thanks :)
