yes i used standoffs so the motherboard couldnt touche the case, but didnt do it with the psu

got an issue with my front panel off my fractal design meshify c, i plugged in my charger of my iphone in the front panel and i got a shock when i picked up my phone a day later i started up my pc and it didnt work it wouldnt start up. Just after i replugged everything and had to wait for hours...

Since yesterday i've got issues with starting up my pc i wont start up. i've got to open up my pc and replug evrything what could be the issue. and also my videocard doest spin untill i start up the program of the videocard (gygabyte 1060 wg 6gb)
