Question front panel problem fractal fractal design meshify c

got an issue with my front panel off my fractal design meshify c, i plugged in my charger of my iphone in the front panel and i got a shock when i picked up my phone a day later i started up my pc and it didnt work it wouldnt start up. Just after i replugged everything and had to wait for hours trying and trying. so i got a new motherboard and a psu. and it worked for 2 months and my little brother plugged his ps4 controller in it to charge and guess what today my pc wouldnt start up, whats the issue.

yes i used standoffs so the motherboard couldnt touche the case, but didnt do it with the psu
