i installed a fresh windows and reinstall the game ...i use blackbox game u sure it doesnt graphic card issue?

there are many things tjat me confused for r9 280x the 384 bus width and 3gb memory and for gtx 770 more clock ,phyx and anti aliasting and for price i have price for both the important thing for me best performance with long time

at first i have this pc intel core i5 4440 mo/ GA-B85-hd3 seasonic eco 600 w psu 8 gb ram i play on 1920 * 1080 I am confused at the choice between 770 gtx and r9 280x so who is the best ? is the 3 gb memory of r9 280x important to play on this resolution?
