Thank you all for your help! i fixed it. i had to use the Display Cable that came with the monitor and had to turn off the DirectX12 rendering in the game options to make it work.

Just bought a Asus Strix B350-f with Ryzen 1700x processer paired with T-Force NightHawk DDar 4 3200. After imaging the PC freezes up more often and sometimes i have to wait for a long time for it to free itself and in majority I have to hard reset. Anyone know what can be the issue here?
