So u mean the backplate which comes with mobo and retention bracket AM4 is enough ?. The Corsair h110i GTX box doesnt mention AM4 support.

Hello, I have H100i GTX and i m having a problem with fitting it on B450 Pro Carbon Ac motherboard. I was planning to order the retention bracket from Corsair for AM4. Do i have to order the backplate as well or will the previous one which was included in H100i GTX work? thanks

hahhaa i get it, you get what you pay for. In my region, the cost of B450 tomahawk which is like 110usd, is 150usd. cheapest x470 available at my region which MSI gaming plus is 210usd (after conversion)
