Two things come to mind: 1. One of your fans is wearing out, making a high pitch rattling sound when at high RPM. 2. Could be coil whine. What graphics card do you have?

The PSU certainly sounds suspect. I would try and swap it out with a friends or a cheap uses one from Kijiji/Craigslist and see if you can confirm that.

I'm wondering if all of the warm/hot air the radiator is blowing into a case will have a major impact on GPU temperatures while everything is under load, particularly if that CPU radiator is front mounted. Anybody have any experience with testing this?
