Yup, BIOS is up to date. In the meantime I tried to run a solo test of each memory slot and guess what, right slot didn´t boot, so problem is clearly damaged slot, to trash with it or sell as defect hardware to someone who just need to use one memory stick for browsing. What I don´t understand...
