    In my experience I've had a failing hard drive and SSD in my system and it would cause all kinds weird stuff to happen. Try unplugging your HDD and see if that makes a difference. You can try a new SSD if the HDD wasn't the issue. Also, what are your temps?

    Where is it till showing that it’s 2133? Because the bios home page will still show 2133 but if you have xmp enabled to 3600 it will only show that on the xmp settings. Download CPUZ and look at the ram frequencies.

    If you have a stand-off underneath the motherboard that isn’t lined up with the screw holes on the mobo that that metal contact touching the mobo will short the board.

    Make sure you don’t have any standoffs under short circuiting your mobo. Does it POST?

    Typically you don’t want to mix different ram types and speeds. Can cause more issues than not in some cases. That being said, your mobo has a max supported speed of 2400mhz. So, yes you can get the 2666mhz but you’ll have to underclock it to 2400mhz if it doesn’t do it for you first.

    In most cases you won’t need to replace the thermal pads. Replace the thermal paste, clean out the dust and you’ll be good to go.

    1. Edit your post title and description. You have them flipped. Looks a little crazy. 2. If you are going to spend the money for 2TB of NVME storage, don’t cheap out. You’ll thank yourself down the road. Go with name brands like Samsung, Crucial, WD.
