Would getting a ryzen 3 1200 for 60$ be a horrible idea, would it still bottleneck my card, if so, what's the cheapest cpu i can get so my gpu isn't bottlenecked? Just so i can get 60fps in games like Far Cry 5 on 900p.

Hello. I am using a amd apu - a8-7600 that turbos at 3.9ghz. I also have a rx460 gpu that goes to my monitor. If i would connect one monitor to my gpu and one to my apu would it decrease my APUs performance as in the CPU part of it? I would use the second monitor just for stats as in discord ...

Update: I connected an old pc i had laying around via the vga to hdmi adapter to a tv and it said nothings plugged in,just like on my monitor. How sure can i be that its the adapters fault?

So i tried to connect a tv box(dunno the name in english, you like connect them to a tv to watch channels) via the adapter to my monitor - nothing. Is that just it being <<snip>> or the adaptor is gone?

I did put it in a diffrent system, still the same black screen. Only hope is for me to find a hdmi cable and connect it to a tv. If thats the case i'd be so happy. But why would an adapter fail outta nowhere? 99% that the gpu failed,not the adapter.
