I should add that I did research into the part specifications to find out what games they "should" run and none run well on my pc

So I bought my pc just under a year ago as a brand new prebuild gaming pc however it has never been able to run much really. It blackscreens all over the place i have to restart a lot due to apps crashing. It can't play much games on high graphics and even if it can run the game the FPS if awful...
