The 1060 6GB will allow you to game on Ultra Settings and higher resolutions (e.g. 1440p, maybe 4K). The 1050 Ti should be fine if you don't mind running Medium settings at 1080p 60+ FPS. It will also be a nice combo with that i5.

You will be able to use i5-7400 on the Z170. HOWEVER, you MAY need to update the motherboard bios for compatibility with Kaby lake. The i5 is locked, so you won't be able to overclock it, although I'm not sure about base clock method, you might be able to.
