Probably defective stuff in the GPU itself, no idea what is though

The solution was buying a new mainboard, seems like the one I used broke for some reason. Just bought a new one and it works completely fine now :)

Sorry for late reply, but I’ve sent the motherboard to the factory for a check up and the results shows that nothing was wrong with it. I’ve just got the motherboard back and still don’t know what to do.
