Question looking for non rgb LED fans that are decent for a new build.

My mobo is rather old so it lacks PWM controls so all the fans are running flat out, but they are not overly loud. Temps are excellent. The LEDs are not too bright and provide a nice ambiance.

[SOLVED] New build won't post. ASUS Tuf Gaming X570 -Plus (Wi-Fi)

No. Turns out to be a bad mobo. Tried two different cases, two PSUs, both stock air cooler and water cooler and two different GPUs. Same results, RBG comes on but that is literally all that happens.

[SOLVED] New build won't post. ASUS Tuf Gaming X570 -Plus (Wi-Fi)

I spent the day putting together my new build. When I power up the PSU, the RGB on the waterblock flickers for a fraction of a second then the RGB on the motherboard comes on and that is it. No Q-LEDs, no fans, nothing. I've verified all connections are good (26 pin, 8 pin, and 4 pin (both with...

Question Does anybody know the problem of my pc ? Not booting.

I'd say give it a try with your Dad's PSU. That would at least eliminate the wattage question.

[SOLVED] How do I make a dual monitor setup?

The RTX 2070 Super supports up to 4 monitors out of the box. Simply connect the monitors to the GPU then go into the display settings in Windows to configure the monitors. You can set each to work as an independent desktop or have the desktop span from one to the other. I'm not 100% certain...

[SOLVED] New graphics card or MB with on board GPU?

The suggested mobo needs a cpu with integrated graphics which the CPU recommended does have. The suggested combo is actually pretty good if you aren't gaming at all and on a strict budget.

[SOLVED] Is there any way to connect a USB 3.0 case connector to a mobo with USB 2.0 headers?

Yes. Just the thing. Thank you. I never thought of looking at PCIe adapters. I was thinking of something to make my round peg fit the square hole. Never occurred to me to add a round hole. Edit: Now if I could just figure out how to change the topic to solved...

Question Are you a brand loyalist?

I'll have to admit to some brand loyalty. I prefer ASUS motherboards, EVGA NVidia graphics, AMD CPUs and Corsair RAM. I did break with my preferences and recently bought a MSI GTX 1660 Super GPU and while I'm happy with the product, I'm less than pleased with the long wait for my rebate from MSI.

Question PC will not POST --- motherboard displays solid blue light

Are any other fans powering up? You have connected the 4 pin, 8 pin and 24 pin connectors? The CPU fan is plugged into the CPU fan header (the one on the left above the RAM slots)?

    [SOLVED] Fan intake/exhaust suggestions

My bad. I thought it had a mesh front panel. I've just bought a Fractal Meshify-C myself as well as a Corsair Carbide SPEC-4. Both have excellent airflow.

    [SOLVED] Motherboard for 3700X

I'd go with an x570 myself, just for the fact that AMD will most likely be using that chipset for future generations of CPUs. Not to mention that the M.2 SSDs are better supported on the X570s with PCIe 4.0. I'm just waiting on my ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus to be delivered this week. From what...

Question Does anybody know the problem of my pc ? Not booting.

The 500W PSU should be fine. What about the monitor/cable to the monitor? Are you using the same ones to test on both machines? Opps. Just noticed the mobo was indicating an issue with the GPU. It really sounds like an issue with the power to the GPU. Are either PSU modular? Have you tried a...

[SOLVED] How do I make a dual monitor setup?

Most newer GPUs have native support for multi monitors. Simply connect a DP to each monitor. Edit: Oh, and be sure to turn on the 144Hz option on the monitors. Most are set to 60Hz by default.
