Power settings in the BIOS solved the problem. I guess it didn't get enough volts.

It was disabled by default.

I have two OSs installed, both brand new on the old drives (one SSD, one HDD). Also I forgot to mention that I don't have this problem when i restart the sytem.

Yes, I have no need for server OS. I just need more computing power than my old fx8350, but I won't need it constantly so I don't want to invest into a new PC.
