Hello! specs : intel i3 8100 /rx580 /16 gb of ram /2 ssds so when playing games like gta 5 for example usage is very high and i experience stutters wich then result in the cpu usage going up to 100 im almost certain this is because of the i3 i am confused tho cause some say its a very good...
