What shall i do when i ran out of power from plugging in a plug that has a 12v Output on a 3TB Toshiba External Hard Drive that i have? It doesn't work for when i plug in the plug and USB cables and it has an overload message for when i plug the cables on my TV and blu-ray player. No blue light...
