For quiet i would go for a Noctua cpu cooler, or be quiet!. I do like Fractal for a case. I own a Seasonic 520 Psu, M12II-520 EVO, mentioned above , go for that one , its a good PSU with a quiet fan. I own a Deepcool cpu cooler, and dont recommend it, its not the best quality and those models...

One would be connecting your TV headphone jack to Bose aux in with a 3.5 mm , male to male. Since Soundtouch 20 doesnt have an Optical in, if you manage to get a low budget DAC, you would be able to connect your TVs audio out trough optical to analog. I dont know if there are any wireless...

have you tried your TV 3.5mm audiojack to your soundbar aux in?, if your Tv doesnt have an optical out.
