For the past month I've been dealing with this issue. It only happens for the first few times I use the shift key after starting up the computer. I don't have sticky key enabled and I don't have anything else checked in the keyboard settings. It makes the same noise as the sticky key noise.

Screen temporarily freezes at random for 30-40 seconds. The screen is stuck but the computer is still functioning. I know this because it happens sometimes when I'm using Youtube and it freezes but the audio still continues playing. I can't pinpoint the problem. All of my drivers are up to date...

My current hard drive is around 1TB but I have 2 seperate partitions on it. One is around 250gb. My question is, if I get a new ssd that is about 500gb, will I be able to clone the 250gb partition to the new hard drive?
