    Yeah I got the corsair 4000d which comes with a lot of cable ties and velcro. And my cpu came with an intel screwdriver so thats nice.

    General I am targeting a 3000 series Nvidia card. I am aware about the noctua cooler but the thermal right right was amazing for the price.

    That should work dip a little tiny drop on the brush and gently guide it off. Make sure it's wet but no soaking wet, ground any charge you made have made before testing if it works and let it dry in the sun for a day at least before booting it.

    ALSO almost forgot get a piece of metal or something to ground any static. DO NOT FRY THE CPU, if your using isopropanol alcohol u should be fine.

    If its dry and sand like maybe try using a paintbrush and smooth it away.

    Going to hold off for a bit, gpu prices have improved a bit but ill use my integrated graphics temporarily until prices get better.
