Question Weird ntoskrnl.exe BSODs, applications and games crashing ?

Hey there. I've been having weird issues with my pc lately. I used to have a really disgusting input lag, that I'm pretty sure is fixed by now. To fix that I reinstalled windows and flashed my BIOS. After that the crashes / bsods started happening. I've had crashes when both using sofware like...

    Question Input-Lag in Full-screen Applications ?

IF LOOKS COULD KILL, BABY IM THE FASHION DEEEEEMON. nah but fr, I'm pretty sure I fixed it by coincidence. I flashed my motherboard with the newest drivers and that somehow disabled the "CPU Boost" Option, which was most likely causing this problem. I'm currently dealing with game-crashes /...

    Question Input-Lag in Full-screen Applications ?

there is definitly a noticeable delay when playing competitive games like csgo and it makes performing good at a high level impossible. its just not fun when you are trying to give your best, but you're being held back by computer issue

    Question Input-Lag in Full-screen Applications ?

Yeah I've tried swapping ports on my gpu (it has 3 dp ports and 1 hdmi) and switching to an hdmi cable --> still same issue. I can try uploading a video - but I'm not sure if you will see anything since its not that heavy input lag (it's only noticable when playing competitively)

Question is this a good build for gaming / content-creation? (4k€)

i mean there is the gigabyte z690 ud but its like really low-end. I think the asus tuf z690 plus or tomahawk are pretty much fine and they have everything a mobo should have. I was thinking about switching the 1TB SSD for an 8TB HDD, but HDDs cant get a bit noisy. It doesnst have to be Samsung...
