Is my CPU too hot for the load?

My room is a lot hotter than the rest of my house, that could play a problem. Im in the UK at the moment, so we're in the middle of a "Heatwave" upto 30c indoors, sometimes above.

Should I Fully Upgrade my PC or do it Bit by Bit?

I'd like to be able to run games a lot better, my current GPU can't really play the newer stuff all that well, if not at all. I also study Engineering and Comp Sci at Uni and run a lot of simulations etc, the processor i have currently can struggle at times.

IS this Pc Good? or save a bit to upgrade later?

All looks good, although I'd consider saving up a little more to get the RX 480 8GB ;)
