Thanks for the reply. I have tried that with both amd's resolution creator and custom resolution utility. 60hz just refuses to show up. I'm not sure why. Even 1440 p doesn't have a 60hz option.

And I'm using a display port 1.2

The monitor is a 4k 60hz freesync monitor. Model number being QNIX UHD3216r. I can play my other games at 60hz at 3200 by 1800 and 2560 by 1440 but not on syndicate.

Download ddu and select nvidia. Select clean and shut down. Then take the gpu out of the pci slot and check for dust, reseat the card firmly, make sure all the wires are secured, etc. Then boot, go to nvidia's website and download a fresh set of the latest drivers and install.
